Wikifriend UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a company that owns a Natural Language Processing platform and offers the development of virtual agents. 7.1. The processing of personal and particular data is carried out by computer and/or telematic means, rarely on paper, to the extent strictly necessary for the purposes indicated. 

7.2. WIKIFRIEND adopts appropriate measures and best practices to protect the User's data, in order to prevent unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, cancellation and to reduce the risk of accidental loss. 

7.3. The User concerned may be contacted by e-mail, sms, or through any equivalent electronic means or operator call at all contact details provided. 

7.4. Personal and/or particular data will be stored in a computerized archive of customer relationship management (CRM), owned by WIKIFRIEND, as well as possibly stored in one or more special archives or databases of the same WIKIFRIEND. 

7.5. The data will be processed to the extent strictly necessary to pursue the purposes indicated by the authorized personnel of WIKIFRIEND, committed to the respect of confidentiality obligations and adequately trained to respect confidentiality. The data may be accessible to external parties (such as technical assistance companies, Hosting Provider, Cloud Service Provider, legal advisors) to the extent necessary to ensure the functionality of the service provided by WIKIFRIEND, security in data management and compliance with the law. 

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING 

The data are processed at the operational headquarters of WIKIFRIEND and in the places where the servers of the Hosting Providers and/or Cloud Service Providers are located as well as in the places where the WIKIFRIEND personnel authorized to process them are located. 

The processing of data will take place within countries belonging to the European Union. 

DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES. 

9.1. In carrying out its commercial activities, subject to the consent of the interested party, WIKIFRIEND may transmit personal and/or particular data to third companies with which WIKIFRIEND has signed specific commercial agreements. 

9.2. The third companies to which the personal data and/or details collected by WIKIFRIEND will be transferred, unless otherwise established, will become co-owners or exclusive data controllers, according to the agreements with Wikifriend, assuming all related responsibilities. 

9.3. The personal and/or particular data acquired by WIKIFRIEND may also be communicated to the competent national and supranational authorities or to the judicial authorities in compliance with legal obligations or for the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of WIKIFRIEND. 

DATA RETENTION PERIOD.

Personal data will be kept by WIKIFRIEND for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in any case for a period not exceeding 24 months from the date of their acquisition, except for the storage for a later period of data necessary to allow the fulfilment of legal and fiscal obligations or for the judicial protection of WIKIFRIEND's rights.

In case of transfer of personal and/or particular data to third parties, WIKIFRIEND will keep the same for the time strictly necessary to ensure the correct execution of the contract or business relationship on the basis of which the data were transferred and in any case not beyond the limits mentioned in the previous point as well as for the fulfilment of legal and fiscal obligations or for the judicial protection of WIKIFRIEND's rights.

RIGHTS OF THE USER 

11.1. In relation to the processing of your data, as data subject you may assert against the Data Controller all the rights recognised by GDPR including the right to: 

(i) access to your personal and/or particular data, 

(ii) request the rectification of the data provided, 

(iii) request the deletion of the data provided; 

(iv) request that processing be limited to a part of the information; 

(v) request the transfer of the data provided to a third party indicated by you (so-called "portability" of the information), unless the data has been deleted; 

(vi) withdraw your consent at any time;
