From 16 to 19 October 2017, Hotel 2017, the successful B2B trade fair for the hotel and catering industry of Messe Bozen Bolzano takes place. Wikifriend is one of the ten most innovative young companies which have now been selected for the Hotel 2017 Startup Village. Modern technologies are changing the way guest experiences are measured in the hotel industry. Chatbots, language assistants, artificial intelligence, apps, dynamic hotel price management, revenue management systems and new software tools are influencing not only guest experiences but also tourism in general.
